summer is off to a sizzling start here at RMPI! The pipeline is filling fast,
and we have seen an unprecedented number of completed applications submitted
along with their checks for due diligence. It looks like this summer will wind
up going down as hot in our record books!
We owe a lot of this recent success to our Contractor Financing Program® (for contractors working on public works contracts). We help contractors, who would otherwise not qualify for traditional financing, obtain the funds they need by utilizing our Resource Monitoring Services® We supply the funds, and we control the funds.
In addition, we have had a number of large funding sources ask if we would provide our Resource Monitoring Services® to help protect some of their more risky accounts. Of course, we agreed, and it has been a great way for us to become more involved with the lending community.

TUPELO - Motorists weren't saving much on gasoline Monday at the Savings station.
The price of $2.87 for regular unleaded at the station off North Gloster Street was just pennies below the weekend's national average of $2.96, a hefty jump from the USA's $2.25 average a year ago.
People are having difficulties with gasoline prices, and that's especially true in Northeast Mississippi and other rural areas "because people don't have mass transportation,'' said American Automobile Association spokesman Don Redman of Metairie, La. RALEIGH, N.C. — One reason the perfect project manager is so hard to find is that few companies provide an environment in which the best project managers can thrive, management consultant FMI Corp. states in its 2006 Project Management Survey report.
