Employee Spotlight:
Darla Allen
&
Regis Campbell

The first quarter numbers for 2006 are in, and new business continues to be brisk here at Resource Management Partners; and from what I hear from our colleagues in the business, prospects seem to be good all around. It seems that when interest rates are on the rise, our industry does a bit better in bringing deals to the table and closing them in a shorter time frame. For some reason, the quality of credit also appears to be a notch above what we have seen in the past.
RMPI is excited about these opportunities and we look forward to increased volume from Contractors working on Public Works Projects. To this end, we have beefed up our staffing in order to stay ahead of the demand, and to better serve our current clients.
I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce our readers to two people that have contributed greatly to our recent success, and who will be instrumental in helping RMPI increase sales and control our risk in the Contractor Market:

Darla Allen
.
Darla is the Director of Resource Monitoring Services in our Friendswood, TX office - just outside of Houston. Darla was key in getting the Texas office open, in April 2005. Currently, she is responsible for disbursing funds for all Resource Monitoring customers.
In the two years prior to joining RMPI, Darla was the manager of a funds administration company where she led a team of four to process 10 – 12 construction draws per day.

Darla brings over 20 years of accounting experience in various positions, including the coordination of nine associates and five departments, for each month-end closure. Darla is certified by Microsoft, but always comes back to her love of numbers and seeing it all come into balance. She enjoys the personal touch this position allows her to have with our clients, while providing them a valuable service.

Regis Campbell

Regis is a Risk Management and Processing Analyst for Resource Monitoring Services in our Beaver Falls, PA office. Regis started with RMPI in October 2005, after one and a half years of funds administration services for other companies. Regis also brings 25 years of construction management and construction accounting experience to RMPI.
Construction management has merged two passions in Regis’ life: construction projects and leadership. Regis manages the risk exposure for RMPI/RMS and processes payrolls for RMS clients that require that service. He also provides monthly financial statements for each project funded by RMPI for RMS clients.
Regis truly enjoys educating new businesses on how to improve their bottom line; so much, in fact, that he is working on his Masters in Business Administration at Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA and is scheduled to graduate in 2007. His goal is to teach Business Administration on a part time basis while remaining full time with RMPI/RMS.
