Resource Management Partners is a nationally recognized provider of value added accounts receivable financing for small and medium size businesses with sales in excess of $1MM and less than $20MM. We utilize a web-based information system along with a personal and collaborative approach to marketing and customer service to provide our clients with the financial and administrative resources necessary to help them successfully manage and grow their business. We make aggressive use of existing leading information technologies to help our clients derive maximum benefit from our financial and outsource services so they can better concentrate on their core business. In essence, Resource Management Partners is positioned as a well-respected member of our client’s management team.

The Company was founded in April 2000 by James DiCamillo and Donald Barrick and was incorporated in the State of Delaware as a C-Corporation in August 2000.

Resource Management Partners’ core products are  its contractor financing pogram (Contractor Resource ®), our contractor-funds control system (Resource Monitoring Service ®), our value-added accounts receivable financing and management service (A/R Resource ®), and our equipment financing and management service (Leasing Resource ®).  Additionally, we offer bonding and working capital funds for contractors working on purblic works projects. 


At the heart of the Company’s unique offerings is the Relationship Manager. Each client is assigned a Relationship Manager who is solely responsible for proper integration and delivery of financing and services to that client. This consultative and collaborative aspect of our service creates what we believe to be the most important value-added resource for the client. The Relationship Manager maintains a thorough knowledge of the clients business and is best suited to help optimize the clients’ selection and utilization of the various services that our company has to offer.

The company is managed from its headquarters in Islandia, New York with satellite locations in Hudson, New York and Boston, Massachusetts.
