Mr. Harper has more then 15 years of
extensive experience with the management of contractor financing and
employee-benefit program administration; concentrating on prevailing wage
programs. Mr Harper's specialty here at RMPI is servicing the needs and
business of our contractors, from bringing in new contractors, to giving
extensive coverage and care to our existing clientele.
Mr. Harper’s benefits background includes service as a Vice President of NY
Life Insurance/Administration Company, a National Business Sector Director for
the Government Contract Administration with Century Business Services, and as a
Senior Vice President for ‘Partners in Funding.’
Prior to his success in the financial world, Mr. Harper spent 24 years as a
military officer retiring from the Army as a Colonel. Mr. Harper is also a
graduate of the US Army War College and has a bachelor’s degree from Iowa
Wesleyan College.
